Lyrics

God is My Guiding Light
Songwriter – Gary Davis 10/26

When morning finds me weary
And the road is hard to see
I remember who is near me
And I know He is guiding me

I lift my eyes up to Heaven
And I say a silent prayer
I have faith in His leading
And I know that He cares

God is my Guiding light, a lamp along the way
When clouds roll in around me, He turns the night to day
God is my Guiding light, all my Hope is in Him
When I'm lost without my sight, He's the one I'm trusting in.

On the Mountain, at the crossroads
In the quiet, or in a trial
He is near, He is faithful
I am led through every mile

God is my Guiding light, a lamp along the way
When clouds roll in around me, He turns the night to day
God is my Guiding light, all my Hope is in Him
When I'm lost without my sight, He's the one I'm trusting in.
