Lyrics

Red Brick Church House

Down that dusty lane, past the wooden gate
There's the meadow green where wildflowers grew
There stands the Red Brick Church, covered with age
Inside our family would take up a wooden pew

Every time I'm there, it brings back memories to me
The Red Brick Church House, that's down the lane
Where we all would gather, my whole family
And how the roof would leak every time it rained.

The Preacher taught of God's Amazing Grace
I'd hear the congregation with their amen shouts
Then we'd all join in with a mighty Hymn of Praise
Every Sunday in that Red Brick Church House

Every time I'm there, it brings back memories to me
The Red Brick Church House, that's down the lane
Where we all would gather, my whole family
And how the roof would leak every time it rained.

Every time I'm there, it brings back memories to me
The Red Brick Church House, that's down the lane
Where we all would gather, my whole family
And how the roof would leak every time it rained.
